To avoid lost tests in the mail all tests will be shipped by either UPS or USPS with tracking information at a cost of $20 to the student. A signature will be required to accept the delivery of the exam. The time limit to return the tests will be 15 days. If the time limit is not met the $50 late fee will be enforced and you will need to retake the exam.
You will only have 15 days from the test issue date to complete the exam before it is considered late. You will also be emailed tracking information for the exam to ensure delivery. If the test is not received within 10 days of being sent please contact the NAO immediately.
If you would prefer to avoid all of these additional costs, all of the end of volume exams are offered online for free and are not subject to the $50 late or lost fee.
